i believe it would be (10,4)

Explanation:

i did this by finding the rise and run from point C and point M. Then, i repeated it in the opposite direction to get point B.

I did this on a graph by the way so I don't know if it really makes any sense since you are not dealing with a graph, but it should still be right.
