[purchase price skateboard]=$139.99-0.15*$139.99-----> $139.99-$21

[purchase price skateboard]=$118.99

sales tax is 7%----------> 0.07*$118.99----------> $8.33

sales tax is $8.33

Victoria has to pay [$118.99]+[$8.33]=$127.32

$127.32 > $125
