7v - 6 = 3v + 2 ( subtract 3v from both sides )

4v - 6 = 2 ( add 6 to both sides )

4v = 8 ( divide both sides by 4 )

v = 2

Thus

QS = 3(2) + 2 = 6 + 2 = 8

TV = 7(2) - 6 = 14 - 6 = 8
