Answer:

B have 5 more cranes than Ava.

Explanation:

As per question statement:

Number of cranes with Ava = 100

Number of cranes with B =
(3)/(4) of the paper cranes that Ava has

\therefore Number of cranes with B =
(3)/(4)* 100 =75

Now, let us proceed step by step.

Step 1: Ava gave
(9)/(20) of her cranes to B:

i.e.
(9)/(20) * 100 = 5 * 9 =45 cranes given to B

Now, number of cranes with Ava = 100 - 45 = 55

Number of cranes with B = 75 + 45 = 120

Step 2: B gave
(1)/(4) of her paper cranes to Ava:

i.e.
(1)/(4) * 120 = 30 cranes given to B

Now, number of cranes with Ava = 55 + 30 = 85

Number of cranes left with B = 120 - 30 = 90

So, the answer is:

Number of cranes that B have more than that of Ava = 90 - 85 = 5
