Thus, volume of cylinder = 2πr²h

Where, r = radius, h = height of cylinder.

Volume of cone = ⅓×πr²h

So therefore, the volume of a cone given = ⅓ of the volume of a cylinder with the same height and and base of the cone

Thus,

If Volume of cone = 36πin³ , volume of cylinder would be 3 × 36πin³

Volume of cylinder = 108πin³
