1. Hereot: 1- Description of the text: It is a difromel hall, built by the King of Denmark Hrothgar. This hall is the seat of the king and is used to gather the warriors in a place where they can drink freely and celebrate their victories. 2- My description: It is an extravagant hall and was raised as a way to confirm the superiority and authority of the D**ish warriors and their king. The hall was made to lavish riches as it is full of gold and precious stones.
2. Hrothgar: 1- Text description: he is the king of Denmark, has immense wisdom and is loved by his people, but he is old and lost control of his territory when he was attacked by Grendel. The text presents him as a model to be admired by Beowolf. 2- My description: Hrothgar is a very wise and kind king who knows when it is necessary to ask for help for things that he cannot solve. In addition, he is generous and spares no rewards for those who help him to care for his people.
3. Grendel: 1- Text description: It is a creature of darkness, cruel and without mercy. It is a dangerous, terrible creature that does nothing good, but it provides sadness and suffering to any person who wanted to. It was cursed by God and devours human beings. 2- My description: It is really a cruel and dangerous creature, it looks like a demon and destroys everything it wants without any mercy.
4. Beowulf: 1- Text description: He is the hero of Geats, he was the right hand of King Hrothgar and did not think twice about facing the monsters that attacked the D**ish population. He is a noble, courageous, beautiful, strong and loyal. 2- My description: He is a hero, he portrays the values desired by the society of the time, he is a very kind and admirable man, besides being a strong and fearless warrior.
