A' - 1,1

B' - 2,-1

Explanation:

in order to do this problem, you would first reflect every point over the X axis. this then makes it a polygon in quadrant 4. from there, you would move each point up 2 points. this would mean that every X value stays the same. the only value that changes in this scenario is the Y value. This is not always true so do not use this rule unless you know for sure. Hope this helps!!
