It is quite obvious. America is capatalist, we are relatively free here. No laws regulate competing against other people nor regulating the ability to make a large profit from real estate.

if you were confused with C, the word bartering basically means trading goods. In order to acquire good most people use money, we do not have to trade things like bread for steak n stuff.
