Answer: Our hotel has a meeting room that is located on the ground floor. There is a maximum seating capacity of 100 people and can be arranged to your specifications. The meeting room is quiet. It is located at the opposite end of the hotel away from guest rooms and away from the lounge which has live music, occassionally. It's location away from guest rooms and the lounge allows for the desired privacy you would be needing for your meeting. The meeting room itself is equipped with a lectern, projector, screen and laptop hookup. We also have additional equipment that can be rented, at no additional cost to you. The charge for the meeting room is $300 a day.

Explanation: I grouped location, ground floor and away from guest rooms and lounge together because these are things that would show the privacy available. The the grouping of specifics about room and addems and pricing last. This would cause them to read entire description.
