the volume of a cuboid is 315cm² . the length is 9cm and the width is 5cm. work out the height of the cuboid

volume(v) = 315 \: {cm}^(3) \\ length(l) = 9 \: cm \\ width(w) = 5 \: cm \\ volume = l * w * h \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: or \: 315 = 9 * 5 * h \\ \: \: \: \: or \: 315 = 45h \\ or \: h = (315)/(45) \\ h = 7 \: cm

Answer:

Volume of a cuboid = length × width × height

315 = 9×5 × h

h = 315/45

height is 7cm
