-Honor roll/promotion/getting a raise
-Getting enough money
Benefit: Stress is good and give you boosts of energy that advise you what to do. Stress can help you do things more efficiently and even make you remember things.
Bad Stress:
-too much work/homework
-anxiety
-appetite changes
-Irritability and headaches/body aches
-Money problems
-School
-Tickets and/ or work problems
-Time arangement
Side effects: Stress can trigger trigger the flight or flight responce (such as jumping away from a moving car). Emotional stress sticks around for longer and weakens the immune system causing damage outside and inside such as more anxiety.
