Domain: [-4,3) or
-4\leq x < 3

Explanation:

The range is basically all of the y-value the graph takes on, and it takes all the y values from -1 to 1, inclusive

The domain is basically of the x-values the graphs take on, and it takes on x-values from -4 to 3, where -4 is included in the domain and 3 is excluded.
