Explanation:

To find the probability take the total number of possibilities (25 marbles--all of them) put that number on the bottom of a fraction. Then put the number of ways that outcome can happen (9 blue and black) and put that on top of the fraction.

= specific/total

Probability(blu&blk)

= 9/25

If you need a percent for your answer, divide then multiply by 100.
