D it is for the workplace but it outlines how to properly use chemicals that are at the jobs facility and what the can and can not be mixed with, how to clean up if spilled, how to dispose of, how to treat if ingested , got in eyes etc. so if you read the osha facts and guide before using the chemical it prevents foreseeable injury and possible death.
