The first 3 terms are 12, 17 and 24.

Explanation:

You have to put in n = 1, 2, 3 as they want only first 3 terms :


Tn = {n}^(2) + 2n + 9


T1 = {1}^(2) + 2(1) + 9 = 12


T2 = {2}^(2) + 2(2) + 9 = 17


T3 = {3}^(2) + 2(3) + 9 = 24
