What is the concentration of nitric acid solution with pH 2​

Answer:

Nitric acid = HNO3

HNO3 → H+ NO3 2-

Since it's an acid

pH = -log of concentration of H+ ions

pH = -log (H+)

2 = -log(H+)

Taking antilog of both sides

H+ = 10^-2

= 0.01

Concentration of nitric acid = 0.01mol/dm^-3
