In the followinf luneae equation 5/3 x +7y =24 what is the y co ordinate when x =6​

5/3 X +7Y = 24

7Y = 24-5/3 X

Y = ( 24-5/3 X) /7

so now if X = 6 then : Y = ( 72/3 - 30/3) / 7 = 42/3 /7 = 14/7 = 2

Value for Y = 2 when X = 6

let's check : 5/3 *6 + 7*2 = 30/3 +14 = 30/3 +42/3 = 72/3 = 24
