Explanation:

Hi there!

1)Assuming that we're dealing with a Three Dimensional plane, with their three axes xyz.

To construct a line m in which every y-coordinate is y=
1\tfrac{1}{2}=(3)/(2)=1.5, to have the y -coordinate will be constant on
1\tfrac{1}{2}.

Similarly, the same for the line n with its z-coordinate fixed on
5\tfrac{1}{2}

2) Since we're on a 3D plane with not two but three axes x, y, and z, the line in 2D (just x and y view) will be seen as planes. Check the second picture, please.
