what is the process of incorporation? What guarantees in the bill of rights are not now covered by the 14th amendment due process clause.

The incorporation theory is a constitutional concept under which the United States Constitution's first ten articles (known as the Bill of Rights) are made applicable to states via the Fourteenth Amendment's Due Process clause. Incorporation has both substantive and procedural implications.
