El paciente fue al médico con dolor en su pierna. Le dije que no se moviera y le recomendé que evitara cualquier tipo de actividad física para prevenir un empeoramiento del dolor. También le ordené tomar medicamentos antiinflamatorios, aplicar hielo sobre la zona afectada y descansar adecuadamente durante los próximos días. Finalmente, aconsejé al paciente realizar ejercicio moderado cuando el dolor disminuyera para fortalecer sus músculos y mantenerse saludable.
