The quadrilateral is a parallelogram because it has two pairs of parallel sides and the opposite sides are equal.

Answer:

I believe it's a parallelogram.

Explanation:

So a parallelogram has opposite sides congruent which when plotting the points opposite sides are the same length which makes it a parallelogram. In addition the opposite sides are parallel also which also justifies how the shape is a parallelogram.
