Answer: A. 41 sq units.

Explanation:

The whole figure can be divide into two shape which is a square and a right triangle.

This can be created by drawing a straight line from C horizontally to the other end.

The square will have a side length of 4 .

The right triangle will have a base of 5 and a height 10.

So using this we could find the area of the square and add it to the area of the right triangle.

Area of Square: A= 4^2

A = 16

Area of right Triangle.: A= BH/2

A= 5 * 10/2

A = 50/2

A= 25

Total: 25 + 16 = 41 square units.
