Answer:

f(x)= 9/10x

Explanation:

17 -8 9

------- = ---

18-8 10

y= mx + b

That is the unit rate, but now we have to find (b) (where on the y axis the line goes through) and if you trace the line back you can clearly see that it goes through 0, which you do not need to write down, but you can if it gives you peace.
