Where (h, k ) = (2, 3) which is the center of the circle.

If center of the circle moves 2 units to the left, it means that the x coordinate of the center of the circle will be decreases by 2 units, while y coordinate will remain the same.

Hence the new coordinate for the center of the circle is (2-2, 3) = (0, 3)
