Can some one help me write a conclusion please??

Throughout the amazing year we learned a lot of things like The development of locomotive technology. One of my favorite things that we learned this year is Analyzing influences on technology on the Environment. In that lesson, we learned about societal changes, such as the increasing independence of women, led to the development of safety bicycles, and the difference between new and old technology. For example, the Eniac Computer was the first computer ever made if you look at the computers that we have now and the ones we used to have there is a REALLY big difference. The computers we used to have were really big and confusing. If you look at the computers that we have now there tiny and easy to carry around. That lesson was my favorite because I like learning about things from the past that we still use today. In conclusion.......

"In conclusion, this class has broadened my horizons as it has provided me with knowledge which I was previously unaware of. Therefore, I have become more aware about the things I am surrounded with and the knowledge I accumulated in this course has made me more appreciative in a sense that we have come a long way and have a lot of journey still left.."

This sentence should be corrected to "If you look at the computers that we have now they are" (there doesn't work here)
