Answer:

y = 5x-15

Explanation:

Parallel ⇒ So the slopes will definitely be equal

So,

Slope = m = 5

Now,

Point = (x,y) = (4,5)

So, x = 4, y = 5

Putting these in the slope intercept form to get b

y = mx +b \\

5 = (5)(4) + b

5 = 20 + b

b = -20+5

b = -15

So, Putting m and b in the slope intercept form to get the required equation,

y = 5x-15
