HELP ASAP!!!!!!!!

The Outsiders
The Greasers win the fight so Dally and Ponyboy go and see Johnny in the hospital. When Dally tells them they won, Johnny doesn’t smile and he says, “Useless... fight- fighting’s no good...” Why is this so important that Johnny is the one to say this? What can the boys learn from him?

Answer:

It is important that Johnny says this because he came for a bad family that he was always fighting with. The boys can learn that fighting doesn’t solve everything. In Chapter 3, Johnny stays in the lot, because his family does not care about him. This proves that Johnny is tired of fighting and that this friends shouldn’t fight anymore, because it doesn’t help.

Answer: I think this is important that Johnny is the one to say this because all his life he had a toxic family who never really loved him and fought with all the time.

Explanation: The boys can learn from Johnny to always love and get along so they don’t split apart, it isn’t healthy to fight
