800 as 16 times 25 is 400 then times it by 2 then you get 800 so the answer is 800

Answer:

800

Explanation:

(16)/(x) = (4)/(100)

cross multiply

16x100=4x

1600=4x

divide both sides by 4

400=x

400x2=800
