Explanation:

when you count from point (0,-3) where the line perfectly intersects that point, to point (4,2) where it does the same, you end up having to go up 5 lines, and over 4 lines giving you your slope that goes movement on the y-axis over movement on the x-axis or y/x, and you calculate this without diagonals, and you jump before you walk in this case instead of walking before you jump. I do not know what it means by draw a line representing the line, so im sorry on that part.
