Mean of the dataset μ = ?

Using the formula for calculating the z-score as shown to calculate the mean


Z = (x - \mu)/(\sigma)

On substituting the values;


2.4 = (16-\mu)/(2.5) \\2.4 * 2.5 = 16-\mu\\6 = 16-\mu\\\mu = 16-6\\\mu = 10

The mean of the dataset is 10
