Answer:
Observation design
Step-by-step explanation:
Observation design is a type of design that observes ongoing behaviour. A researcher gets its information through actions that are being carried out. It is used predominantly in marketing and social sciences research.
In the research we have a dependent and independent variable.
Independent variable are variable that is varied in an experiment, the independent variable is personality style and its type( introversion and extroversion) and social situation and its type ( high and low anxiety) while the dependent variable is verbal behaviour. Verbal behaviour is determined by the action of personality style and social situation this means verbal behaviour cannot stand on its own rather it is a product of some independent variable.
There are two types of observational research, the naturalistic and non participatory.
Naturalistic involves observing things that occurs in nature without influencing it while participation allows an individual to participate to allow proper documentation and this was used in this experiment.
