y-1=2(x+4) or y=2x+9

Explanation:

y - 3 = 2(x + 7)

y=mx+b

m=2

(x1,y1) -> (-4, 1)

(y−y1)=m(x−x1)

plug in

y-1=2(x+4)

y-1=2x+8

y=2x+9

test:

(1)=2(-4)+9

1=-8+9

1=1
