The mass of a jar is 750g when it is 1/2 filled with orange juice. The same jar has a mass of 625g when it is 1/4 filled with orange juice. A. What is the mass of the jar when it is 3/4 filled with orange juice? B. What is the mass of the jar when it is empty?

Answer:

1875 g

Explanation:

1/4=625g

3/4=x

Then cross multiply

1/4x=625*3/4

1/4x=468.75

Then divide both sides by .25

which is 1,875 grams
