The poem ends with image " the Holy Ghost over the bent / World broods with warm breast and with ah! bright wings'.

a) What is the literary device used here?
b) What is the Holy Ghost being compared to?

I would believe the literary device is would either be a metaphor or an onomatopoeia because of the “ah”
the holy ghost is being compared to a bird to some extent
this helps you understand the physical Appearance of the ghost, it is flying over people, watching, preying almost.
