First, he needs to ensure he is overloading his muscles every session since his body has adapted to his current routine. Next, Mark needs to make sure his routine is progressing in duration, intensity, frequency, and type. Lastly, he needs to make sure he sets specific goals so he has a road map to follow.

Mark is gaining any more muscle mass since last time we checked his weight last time because he is not applying the principals of fitness to his exercise routine that was verified by his doctors and nurses. To help Mark gain more muscle mass the doctors and nurses have put in place a new work out routine to ensure not only the teams goals for him but also his own personal goals. We think it would be best to create a board of some sorts that maps out Mark’s plan so that he can see it and maybe it will help him succeed more.
