You can usually use the distance formula, but since C and D have the same y-coordinate, you can just do |x2-x1|. Since you're multiplying by 2, the new distance should be 12. Since the y-coordinate of A' is 14, the y-coordinate of B is also 14. The x-coordinate should be 12 units away from the new A' (which is (4,14)). B is (16, 14)
