Answer:

President Franklin Roosevelt

Step-by-step explanation:

President Franklin Roosevelt died of stroke some months into his fourth term as President and with the ongoing war his vice ,Truman took over as President. Before he died President Roosevelt made some preparations for the war which included the production of atomic bombs, the Manhattan Project and the development of those bombs to counter and get ready for the possibility of Japan using it on them.

Truman got fed up of the war and wanted to end it as soon as possible which made him release the bombs on the Japanese city, Hiroshima. The Japanese still didn’t surrender after the incident.
