Answer:

  • The poem describes the sheer futility of human pride and vanity ; time reduces even the greatest to Dust !

⭐Ozymandias was a Powerful , Arrogant and Boastful ruler . It is clearly evident from the lines that he for imprinted on his statue " I am Ozymandias , King of Kings , Look upon my work Ye Mighty and despair " .

⭐His act of calling himself as the king of Kings shows his Arrogance and Pride over his empire . it also reflects his Condescending view for the other rulers .

⭐But in the end , time reduced his powerful kingdom to Dust . Nothing but a half sunken visage with two trunkless legs remained .

Answer:

According to the poem, nothing remains of the work of Ozymandias original kingdom, other than the colossal ruins that stretch for lands away. The poem clearly depicts the misery of a kingdom that once flourished beyond limits. The poet has captured a vivid picture of that.
