I dont understand B and C in this question so there are a deck of cards 1-10 i already got A right but B and C i dont understand

B: what is the probability of choosing a card that has a digit 1 on it
C: what is the probability that does not have a digit 1 on it? give both answers as a fraction here are the numbers to help

9 of them have 1 digit on them ( 10 has 2 digits)

P( 1 digit) = number with 1 digit) / total = 9/10

P( not have 1 digit)= number not with 1 digit) / total = 1/10
