V=\pi r^2h

In order to find the radius we need to use the circumference we were given. The formula for the circumference is


C=2\pi r

Filling in the info about the circumference value of 87.92:


87.92=2(3.14)r or

87.92 = 6.28r so

r = 14

Now that we know the radius we can fill in the volume formula:


V=(3.14)(14)^2(160) and

V = 98470.4 cm cubed
