Explanation:

What we must do is find the square root of 160 and then round to the smallest number and the largest number, in this way we will know what integer that root would be, then we have to:

(160) ^ (1/2) = 12.65

If we round to the smallest number it would be 12 and if we round to the largest number it would be 13.

Which means that it would be between 12 and 13.
