1. 56x - 480

2. 40x + 80

3. LENGTH = 72 feet, WIDTH = 66.4 feet

part 2: Regular means that all sides and angles are the same length

Explanation:

(20x + 24) * (36x - 20)

56x - 480

2(20x + 24) + 2(36x - 20)

40x + 48 + 72 - 40

40x + 80

176 = 40x + 80

176 - 80 = 40x + 80 - 80

96 = 40x

96 / 40 = 40x / 40

2.4 = x

(20(2.4) + 24)

(36(2.4) - 20)
