Answer:

The relationship with lands , plants and animals by Northwest Indians have been devastated by the NUCLEAR PROGRAM

Step-by-step explanation:

The Northwest Indians are part of the Native tribes that occupied the Columbia river ( Hanford region ) and they had several artifacts, burial sites and very good fertile land for farming . the river was used for fishing activities as well by the native American tribes . but when the war department wanted to build Nuclear reactors for the world war, the Native tribes were asked to vacate the Hanford area and the Nuclear program was so toxic that it devastated the farmlands, water and animals so much that even after the end of the nuclear program the cleanup of Hanford area is still very much incomplete hence the relationship with the land , plants and animals by the Northwest Indians have drastically been devastated by the Nuclear program.
