i) calculate the volume of the beam in cubic meters
ii) calculate the mass of the beam in kilograms.

Cylinder Volume = π • r² • height

Volume = PI * .210 m^2 * 5

Volume = 0.6927211801 cubic meters

Wood has a mass of 693 / cubic meter

mass = 0.6927211801 * 693 = 480.06 kilograms
