What is the key to losing body fat? I’m currently 5’7 155 pounds, and my goal is to get a 6 pack. Anything helps, thanks !

Hi! The best thing to do it eat healthy, and exercise! Just have a daily workout to do, that's what I do, I wrote down the exercises I wanted to do, and I do a couple sets of them everyday. Hope this was helpful!
