Answer:

y= 3/2x -2

Explanation:

make y be on one side by itself ( -2y = -3x + 4 )

divide by negative 2 in order to get y by itself ( -2y/-2 = -3/-2 + 4/-2 )

two negatives make a positive ( y = 3/2 + -2 )
