Your experiences affect the decisions you make and your role because if your experiences weren’t as challenging as they are for others then your decisions will most likely point towards the easier choices. If you had challenging experiences then you will most likely make decisions that are more complex. You would know how hard a challenge is from experience so that would help you if your choices weren’t as easy as you thought they would be or as they are for others. This would affect your role in your community because if you had the chance to help out, you would probably pick the easiest task or the hardest task depending on your experiences.
