Answer: B x=+-2

Explanation:

The Quadratic formula is -b+-
-b+-\sqrt{(b^(2) -4ac)} /2a

First make everything equal to 0

3x^2-18+6=0

Then Simplify

3x^2-12=0

Now use the formula where a=3, b=0, and c=-12

0+-\sqrt{0^2-4(3)(-12) divided by 2(3)

0+-√(0-(-144))/6

(0+-12)/(6)

then we get 12/6 and -12/6 which simplified is +-2
