Can I use PAPER instead of PARCHMENT PAPER to bake???

No. Parchment paper is waxy so that baked good do not stick to the tray/form. An alternative to parchment is silicone mats, aluminum/ tin foil could also work or I usually just grease my pans and tins with butter/margarine (cooking spray works as well)

Um, No paper is way too breakable so it will spill out. But, Parchment paper is better to choose to bake with
