Part A: 2,100 cm²

Part B: 5,880 cm³

Explanation:

Area 1st rectangle = 15*28

Area 2nd rectangle = 20*28

Area 3d rectangle = 12*28

Area 4th rectangle = 13*28

Area trapezoid =(1/2) ( base1 + base2)*height = (1/2) (15+20)*12

There are two such trapezoids.

Complete surface area = 15*28 + 20*28 +12*28+13*28 + 2 *(1/2)(15+20)*12 =

= 2,100 cm²

Part B.

Volume = base area*height prism

Base area = area trapezoid = (1/2) (base1 a+ base2)*heght trapezoid =

= (1/2)*(20+15)*12

Volume = (1/2)*(20+15)*12*28 = 5,880
